VIA invites you to join us at our
2010 spring meeting for the Midwest Spillman Users’ Group. We have
an exciting agenda for this years meeting. There will be multiple product
demonstrations, Q&A with Spillman developers, an overview of the 700MHz
network from Sprint, information from the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center, as well as some interesting discussions for administrators and managers alike.
The 2010 Spring Meeting will be held at Indiana Live Casino in Shelbyville Indiana on June 18th from 8am – 5pm. Breakfast and Lunch are included with your registration. For those needing accommodations, a discounted rate is available at the Hampton Inn in Shelbyville.
If you are arriving on Thursday evening, be sure to join VIA at 8pm for a Welcome Reception and Cocktail Party at Angels Bar on the first floor of Indiana Live Casino.
Complementary transportation will be available between the hotel (Hampton Inn)
and the casino.
Our meeting will begin at 8am on Friday and will be held in the Platinum Room on the second floor of Indiana Live Casino. Our morning session will be comprised of Spillman demonstrations
and discussions. Breakfast will be served in the Platinum Room. We will break for lunch, served in the Makers Mark Restaurant thanks to a generous donation by Spillman Technologies. After lunch we will be joined by Sprint and the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center.
Our meeting should adjourn at 5pm, but you will want to stay and enjoy the complementary Happy Hour hosted by Sprint from 5pm – 7pm, then you can make your way to the Indiana Downs and
enjoy an evening of horse racing.
The registration fee for this event is $20 per person. Please register for each event you are attending; however the registration fee for one event or for all three events is $20. Each
person must register for each event they are attending. This is so we can provide Indiana Live with the number of attendees four days prior to the event.
VIA will send invoices to your agency for each attendee. If need to be invoiced individually, please note that in your registration.
Seating is limited, so please limit registrations to two per agency.
Seating is limited to Emergency Services Personnel.
